Before requesting a return, please understand that many Noorbaaliya earrings are carefully designed and may have slight variations in color or finish. All products go through quality checks before shipping to ensure the best experience for our customers.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • You have received the wrong product

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and unused condition.


Steps to Request a Return

  1. Inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at support@noorbaaliya.com with your order details.
  3. You may be asked to send clear photos of the product showing the damage or issue.
  4. Once approved by our quality team, we will arrange a courier pickup for the product.
  5. After we receive the product and verify its condition, we will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases

  • Genuine product damage or quality issues
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Package lost during transit (must be reported within 15 days of order date)

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided In The Following Cases

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • The package was refused by the recipient
  • Product returned in used or damaged condition
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen display or manufacturing differences
  • If the product is not defective or damaged
  • If the return request is made after 3 days of delivery

Important Notes

  • The product must be returned unused and with original packaging.
  • Noorbaaliya reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
  • Orders marked as Final Sale or Customized Orders cannot be returned or refunded.
